Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Hammond, Indiana.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
• HRSA student loan repayment eligible.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Emphasize preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
• Practice within a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment.
• Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing greater focus on patient care.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Current or eligible DEA registration.
• Commitment to outpatient primary care.
• Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
