Clinical Manager - Outpatient Urology Practice

$35-$42/hour DOE
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM

A busy outpatient urology practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations in a fast-paced office environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing both in-office clinical staff and remote triage nurses while ensuring efficient patient flow, quality patient care, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support in-office floor nurses and remote triage nurses
Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow
Manage staff scheduling and coverage
Monitor clinical workflows and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain medical and office supply inventory
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient care
Assist with staff training, performance management, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license
Registered Nurse (RN) required
Prior clinical leadership or management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Urology experience preferred
Outpatient practice management experience preferred
