The Blue SkAI is seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our educational products and platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our users and align with our mission to promote education in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with The Blue SkAI’s goals. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including market research, product design, development, testing, and launch. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs and pain points. Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Monitor and analyze product performance, making data‑driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product‑related matters, providing regular updates to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products. Strong understanding of product development methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Experience with user research and usability testing. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Passion for education and a deep understanding of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, or Psychology is a plus.
