1st Shift Inbound Production Lead Full-time |1st Shift |7:00am-3:30pm| Location – Olathe, KS, 66062 Your Role And Responsibilities Train and certify team members on material handling equipment as needed. Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment. Oversee processes including receiving, packaging, stocking, fulfillment, checking, and shipping of products to meet established standards. Lead and develop team members by providing training, feedback, and guidance. Monitor employee productivity and foster a team-based environment. Conduct team meetings to share performance data, discuss corrective actions, and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in developing and updating departmental work instructions. Participate in operational development and problem-solving meetings. Support and enforce management recommendations and company policies. Occasionally perform crew member duties as needed. Work evenings and weekends as required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.
