Spa Manager Job Posting — Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Now Hiring: Full‑Time Spa Manager Company: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Novi Location: 47460 Grand River Ave, Novi MI 48374 Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Bonus based on performance Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Signing bonus What You Need to Succeed in This Role 2–3 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills Flexible schedule availability, including nights and one weekend day Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services Experience motivating teams to achieve performance goals Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Key Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance Drive membership sales and client retention Recruit, train, coach, and develop spa associates Monitor scheduling, productivity, and revenue goals Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures Foster a positive, professional, and team‑oriented culture Revenue and Performance Metrics Membership Conversion – coach and motivate the spa team to educate and delight clients, encouraging them to join the Lifestyle Program Revenue growth – drive revenue through strategic scheduling, marketing initiatives, service upgrades, and retail opportunities Recruiting & team development – build and develop a talented spa professional team Operations excellence – measure and deliver results, create a strong membership base, maintain smooth daily operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Hand & Stone Franchise Corp
