Digital Graphic Designer

Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer role focuses on turning customer ideas into finished digital designs that support our digital business. You'll work closely with sales and internal teams to develop concepts, create production-ready artwork, and help move projects from idea to execution. This position plays a direct role in the customer experience. The work you produce will be used in real spaces, so attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once is critical.This onsite position reports to the Manager of Digital Solutions Delivery and is based in the Louisville, KY manufacturing operation.Key Responsibilities:Partner with sales teams and customers to understand project vision and design needs, using strong communication skills to ensure clarity and alignmentProvide creative direction and recommend design solutions that align with customer goals while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detailDevelop original designs, layouts, and concepts for digitally printed wallcoverings, applying strong design fundamentals and accuracyCreate mock-ups, proofs, and production-ready artwork based on customer input, with a focus on precision and production readinessComplete pre-press reviews of artwork filesParticipate in project kickoff discussions and collaborate cross-functionally throughout the design process to ensure successful outcomesManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMaintain organized file structures and asset management practices to support efficiency and consistency across projectsWork closely with internal teams to prioritize workload and ensure timely delivery, demonstrating strong collaboration and accountabilitySupport occasional customer-facing interactions, including design consultations, communicating ideas clearly and professionallyTake ownership of assigned work, balancing independent execution with team collaboration to deliver high-quality resultsPerform all other duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications :Associate degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience working with large-format digital design and understanding of image resolutionFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Firefly and other image-generation technologies) and the ability to integrate them into the creative processKnowledge of digital color management and file preparation for print productionAbility to create patterns, repeating designs, and complex layouts preferredStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage time effectively and work independently in a deadline-driven environmentPrior experience in project-based design work or creative collaboration is a plusMust be able to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs safelyKoroseal Total Rewards :Vacation time, personal time, and 11 paid holidaysMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance including a Flexible Savings AccountCompany paid Short Term Disability & Life Insurance with supplemental options available for employees401(k) with company matchPaid training and career developmentEmployee well-being benefits including robust EAP offeringCompany events
