Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment. Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. Requirements Must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission). Will require floating to multiple units. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO). 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO). Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications or health documents to profile. Additional Details Required Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only. Special Requests: Blocked scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements. RTO of 5 days or less must make up the week on the back end. Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment. Unit Details: Medical patients, including post-trauma, post-surgical, and patients with medical comorbidities. Uses bladder scanner, vein finder, IV pumps, and wound vacs. Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend as required by facility. No call. Night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation. Floating Requirements: As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 5 days maximum time off.
