MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office in Cincinnati, OH. You will foster a collaborative team environment, partner with doctors and vendors, and own patient experiences, financials, and operations. Some evenings and weekends are required. You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff while driving KPI performance and delivering exceptional patient service.
