Compensation Options We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models: Option 1: Hourly $33.66 – $40.87 per hour Based on clock-in/clock-out time Option 2: Pay Per Visit Choose: PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual PPV Rates: $44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected) Why Work for Us?
