Grace Hospice is looking for a compassionate, creative Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you'll use music therapy to support each patient's emotional, physical and psychosocial needs while creating individualized experiences based on their preferences, strengths and goals. You'll have the flexibility to manage your patient visit schedule while collaborating with a supportive team of hospice professionals.
