If you are tired of leading classes to a room full of people who may or may not be listening -- this is different.

This role is personal training the way it was meant to be done: one client, one coach, full attention, real results. You will work inside the wellness facility of one of Las Vegas's most iconic and recognizable employers, serving a professional corporate clientele -- executives, employees, and their families who are invested in their health and take their results seriously.

No class schedules to fill. No group dynamics to manage. Just you and your client, doing the work.

THE DETAILS

Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00am or 6:00am - Noon
Start: June 22, 2026 through December 31, 2026 (27 weeks)
Conversion: Top performers move to a permanent full-time role with full benefits

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH

This is a corporate wellness environment -- not a hotel spa, not a commercial gym floor. Your clients are professionals. They show up on time, they follow programs, and they want measurable results. If you thrive on building real coaching relationships and seeing genuine progress, this is the clientele for you.

Clients are already there. No cold outreach, no commission pressure, no selling packages at the front desk.

✅ WHAT YOU NEED

✔ Nationally certified CPT -- NASM, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent
✔ Current CPR certification (hands-on only -- online courses not accepted)
✔ Current First Aid certification valid by June 22
✔ Available Mon - Fri mornings (5am or 6am start)
✔ Based in Las Vegas, NV -- on-site role, daily commute required

➕ PREFERRED

• Experience in a corporate, employer-based, or resort wellness setting
• Fitness assessment skills (body composition, movement screens, blood pressure)
• Comfortable working alongside medical staff (nurses, NPs, MDs on-site)
