Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Director to join our team at St Luke North Canton. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients and residents. The Housekeeping Director will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained in a clean and hygienic environment, and providing excellent customer service to our patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Department Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and supply chain management.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
