Care Supervisor Health Services Department

Forest Ridge, an award-winning senior living community in Hales Corners, is seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join our Health Services team. In this assisted living (RCAC) role, you will lead Resident Care Assistants through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on support while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our residents. This position works under the leadership of a full-time Nurse Director.

Position Overview

As a Care Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direct resident care services, including:

• Coaching and supporting Resident Care Assistants
• Collaborating on problem-solving and care team operations
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Medication administration
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Maintaining high standards of resident care and service excellence

Schedule

• 30 hours per week
• Five 6-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Eligible for full-time benefits

On-Call Responsibilities

This role includes shared on-call coverage with the Nurse Director:

• Evenings until 9:00 PM
• Weekends and holidays from 7:00 AM 9:00 PM

On-call responsibilities typically include answering care team questions and may also require shift coverage for call-ins.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience, preferably with adults age 60+
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality resident care
