Location: Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco Responsibilities As an Experienced Associate in EY‑Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Software Strategy Group, you will engage in conversations with private equity investors and technology leaders, conduct thorough market and competitive research, assess company strengths to advise on growth and technology strategies, and clearly present your conclusions to both the team and clients. Experience in client‑facing environments or technical roles in similar industries (e.g., consulting, banking, tech) Demonstrated interest in the tech industry through startup experience, internships, coursework, extracurricular activities or research and writing on the subject A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position. Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this role in all US locations is $100,000 to $110,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, the Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
