Currently, we are seeking a skilled, experienced candidate to fulfill the role of Body Shop Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:Oversee daily Body Shop activitiesManage shop production schedule to meet pace and budgetConsult with guests regarding body repair needsWork alongside customer's insurance agencies to produce accurate estimatesOrder parts needed for repair per estimate sheetsRecruit and train body shop techniciansCreate work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Body Shop Technician's productivityEnsure a safe working environmentBenefitsThis isn't just a job – it's a career.
