Job Opportunity – Staff RN, Labor & Delivery – Ohio

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Schedule: Staff RN position with standard nursing shift rotation

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care using evidence-based practice and the nursing process
• Work collaboratively with physicians, peers, and support staff in a patient and family-centered care environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to team accomplishments
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic clinical setting
• Opportunity to educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care from admission through discharge
• Supervise and direct support staff in the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Valid Ohio RN license
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certificate required
• CPR certification required
• Previous registered nursing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities
