Marketing & Community Outreach Intern

Comfort Keepers is an International 27 year old franchise with over 700+ location, provides non-medical in-home care that helps seniors, special needs and adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We are looking for aMarketing & Community Outreach Internto help us build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior care organizations, and community partners throughout our local service area. This is a paid, hands-on internship focused on in-person community outreach and relationship building.No digital marketing or social media marketing is required. What You'll Do Visit and build relationships with assisted living communities, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, home health agencies, physicians' offices, senior centers, and other referral partners. Attend networking events, community meetings, chamber events, and senior care events. Introduce Comfort Keepers and educate community partners about our services. Help identify new referral and community partnership opportunities. Follow up with professional contacts and help maintain relationships. Track visits, contacts, and follow-up activity in our CRM. Assist with community presentations, events, and outreach projects. Learn how healthcare referral relationships and local business development work. Who We're Looking For College student, recent graduate, or someone interested in gaining hands-on business experience. Strong communication and listening skills. Must have at least 20 hours availability during business hours. Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable meeting new people. Organized and willing to follow up consistently. Interested in healthcare, senior care, marketing, sales, community relations, or business development. Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally. Previous experience is not required.We are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, personable, and willing to learn. Compensation We believe in being transparent about compensation and opportunities for growth. $15.00 per hour Paid internship with part-time and full-time opportunities available May be eligible for college or internship credit , depending on your school’s requirements Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses when outreach efforts contribute to qualifying business that closes. Bonuses eligibility and criteria will be discussed during the hiring process. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time employment with the company following successful completion of the internship program. Full-time employment is not guaranteed. Schedule & Location This is an in-person position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Local travel to referral partners, facilities, networking events, and community organizations will be part of the role. Some scheduling flexibility may be available for students.
