Are you an ambitious insurance professional who wants more ownership over your income, your client relationships, and your future?

We’re looking for a  driven, relationship-oriented Insurance Agent to join our growing agency in Fircrest. We’re a progressive, community-focused team that believes insurance is about more than policies—it’s about helping people protect what they’ve worked hard to build.

And we’re not asking you to start from zero.

What you’ll do

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and community members
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them find appropriate coverage
• Follow up on agency-provided leads and opportunities
• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships
• Develop referral and community relationships that generate new business
• Represent our agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Consistently pursue personal and production goals

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Licensed and experienced in insurance or ready to take the next step in their insurance career (OPTIONAL)
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based environment
• A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Organized, persistent, and excellent at follow-up
• Entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to grow a book of business
• Community-minded and committed to building relationships—not just making sales
• Comfortable working in a  progressive, ambitious, collaborative culture
