We hire the best in their fields - results-focused professionals with the skills to achieve project goals across multiple industries.Essential ResponsibilitiesMust have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines.Perform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment)Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagramsExperienced in troubleshooting and repairs of an engine.The ability to work well as part of a team.Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.Ability to travel incl. overnight travel.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookMust have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed.Must be able to communicate via telephone & emailQualification RequirementsStrong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +7 years' experience in a technical role or extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skillsWillingness to work in shift model (depending) and on callExperience working with electrical or mechanical systemsFluency in English a mustGood interpersonal skillsJob Specific KnowledgeStrong communication skills…experienced in customer communications.Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player.Able to work efficiently without direct supervision.PreferredMulti-working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposurePrevious field experience a bonusINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
