Schedule: Requires open availability.

Freight Type: Drop & Hook - Regional, or a mix of both. You'll haul dry van freightno-touchacross state lines. Whether you're looking for miles or more frequent home time, we have flexible options to fit your needs. Your 34-hour reset can be spent at home.

Examples Of Work Performed For Otr Driver:

• Pre-inspection of truck before departure.
• Planning routes and meeting delivery times.
• Driver will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of all shipments, driving loads to their destination by the time outlined by 3rdgen Logistics.
• Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of merchandise and documents used in store-to-store transfer process, as well as third party shipments of loads.
• Check daily assignments and responsibilities.
• Use excellent customer relations with both internal and external customers.
• Any other duties as directed by management.

Employment Standards For Otr Driver:

• Valid CDL-A required.
• 2 years of driving experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age with no more than 2 traffic violations and/or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years.
• Knowledge of safe operation of a heavy truck and knowledge of Federal, State, and local motor vehicle safety laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with customers.
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling procedures, and safety procedures.
