Your Day-to-Day Connect directly with customers over the phone to answer everyday questions about their retirement accounts, balances, distributions, and password resets. Build meaningful relationships by providing empathetic, extraordinary care to members, plan sponsors, and partners. Educate callers on available financial products, uncovering routine opportunities to help them maximize their financial well-being. Research, interpret, and resolve account inquiries or routine errors with a curious, problem-solving mindset. What You Bring (Must-Haves) Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a service-focused environment (retail, hospitality, restaurant, administrative, or call center). If you know how to make customers feel heard, you have what it takes. Strong Communication Skills: A warm, professional, and engaging phone presence. Tech-Savviness: The ability to smoothly navigate computer systems, databases, and records while actively listening and speaking with customers. Adaptability & Drive: A genuine desire to continuously learn, adapt to fast-paced changes, and embrace coaching to improve your skills. Flexible Availability: Once training is complete, the ability to work shifts within our operating hours (Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
