We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. With access to the largest psychiatric medical group in the Midwest and a reputation for proven results, our doctors thrive in a culture that is deeply committed to clinical quality.Our centrally located Chicago office is nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of North Center, not to mention the social events hosted on our fully furnished rooftop!What You'll DoProvide psychiatric care to patients enrolled in PHP and IOP at Chicago location.Supporting the Chicago location within the Mental Health and Substance Use/Dual Diagnosis programMeet or exceed established RVU, encounter, and treatment-day benchmarks.Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence-based practice.Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and document all patient contact in the clinical record.Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and professional development activities.Who You AreAddictions fellowship and/or Board certified in Addictions Psychiatry preferredBE or BC in IllinoisLicensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of IllinoisSkilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illnessExcellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environmentWe know job descriptions can be intimidating, so if this sounds like an opportunity for you, please don't hesitate to apply!Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP).
