Finance Operations Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage corporate tax compliance, cash reconciliations, and member reimbursements while driving core accounting workflows to execution. Key responsibilities: Prepare indirect tax filings accurately and timely Own the member reimbursement process and manage the escheatment process Clear daily cash transactions and perform month-end cash account reconciliations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of hands-on corporate accounting or operational accounting experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (US GAAP) and general ledger operations Demonstrated proficiency with cash reconciliations and multi-state compliance tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn modern accounting systems Virtual Vocations Inc
