Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Middlebury, Vermont. This role involves working in a structured post-acute skilled nursing rehab environment with flexible schedule requirements. The successful candidate will join a passionate team providing care for patients aged 60 and above.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care
  • Conduct phlebotomy, EKGs, and administer IVs
  • Facilitate patient transports and manage nebulizer to inhaler transitions
  • Provide floating care as needed to Long-Term Care/Memory C units
  • Comply with scheduling and holiday requirements
Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care
  • Active BLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • EPIC system experience within the past 2 years
  • Prior travel nursing experience required
