HDR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Everett, WA to lead and advise on annual work program development for complex projects with multi-year lifecycles. You will guide system planning, coordination across agencies, and ensure quality throughout the project life cycle. You will manage contracts, track progress, and drive stakeholder communications for large, multi-team efforts, including risk, scope, and budget management.
