Job Description: The Product Delivery Specialist is a highly detail‑oriented, self‑driven operator responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and on‑time delivery of complex products to customers. This role owns critical aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including sales order documentation, inventory validation, defect tracking, and customer‑facing acceptance activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing precision, and requires minimal oversight to execute at a high level. They will interface directly with customers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and occasional on‑site acceptance events, ensuring a seamless and professional delivery experience.
