Overview Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human‑animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, and our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind – warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We combine modern design with in‑house technology to improve the experience for the veterinary team, pets, and clients. Compensation and Schedule $16‑$23 per hour (based on experience). Full‑time 40 hrs/week with rotating schedule of four 10‑hour shifts per week. Flexible schedules available. What You’ll Do Greet pet parents and their pets, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. Manage the schedule of daily appointments and walk‑ins. Take and make calls and communicate via email to other veterinary practices and clients as needed. Maintain common areas clean and well‑stocked. Provide a high level of hospitality for pet parents, answering questions and providing information and education as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client‑facing receptionist positions. Experience in the veterinary industry preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency. Comfortable typing and proficiency with multiple computer systems. Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus.
