Medical Office/Lead Cleaner/Part-Time/Evenings - St Paul, MN

General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.

Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 2:30am and ONE weekend a month Saturday and Sunday 5:00pm to 2:00am (Driver's License Required)

Location: Twin City Area, MN

Requirements:

This position is a driving role, and candidate will need to have reliable transportation. You will be going to one or multiple sites per night. The locations you could be working is spread throughout the twin cities and surrounding areas. This position requires candidate to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, twist, move at a fast pace and have a strong capacity to quickly learn and retain this job role. Candidate will need to be able to clean blood and bodily fluids when needed. Main working hours are from 5pm-2:30am but need to be flexible to stay longer if needed. This job includes 1 weekend per month.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
