RN - ICU

Registered Nurse - ICU/PCU/Tele Float Unit

This is a 13-week contract position.

3 × 12-hour shifts per week; shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Every other weekend and holiday required.

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse to join our ICU/PCU/Tele Float Unit. This role requires flexibility to float to various departments, including Hampden as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in critical care nursing and be able to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU/PCU/Tele units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and progress regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or a Compact license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Previous ICU or telemetry experience preferred.
• Ability to provide fingerprints for background check upon starting.
