Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $55–$65 (Negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 paid after 6 months (Full Time Only). Bonus opportunities tied to performance and growth. Leadership pay increases as you advance. Benefits package includes PTO, CE, and more.
