Duties/Responsibilities Daily planning Machine set-up and operation Safe machine operation Selecting the correct coil Autonomous maintenance Validating safety systems and estops Produce quality products within minimum specs Scrap management Throughput management Setting and tracking goals by using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Required Skills/Abilities Autonomous maintenance Scrap management KPI tracking Machine uptime Quality products that support quality systems and accreditation Knowledge and ability to operate the machine safely Education and Experience Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment Good ergonomics including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pulling, and pushing Indoors, heated shop environment About the Company CUSA manufactures metal building components and strives to make them second to none.
