Infertility Physician - Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported)

Job Title: Infertility Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) Job Type: Independent Practice Opportunity About the Position • Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical and operational support. • This is not an employed physician position; physicians maintain clinical control and decision‑making. • MedCBO supplies support in revenue cycle management, payer contracting, EHR and technology platform, credentialing, financial reporting, staffing, compliance, and supply‑chain coordination. Responsibilities Provide infertility care within the scope of the physician’s specialty. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing and ensure continuity of access. Determine clinical services offered and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Qualifications MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in a relevant specialty. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions preventing independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model and ownership. Preferred Desire for practice ownership. Community‑based care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not based on salary. Financial outcomes vary based on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions. Results are not guaranteed.
