Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Preschool Assistant Teacher (3 year old classroom) to join our team of dedicated educators! As a Preschool Assistant Teacher , you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners. What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking. Encourage independence and collaboration through hands‑on, play‑based learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment. Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience in a licensed childcare center. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality. Signing Bonus: This position is eligible for a signing bonus totaling $500, paid after 90 days of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
