Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. The Deflector cell Operator works with smelted metals from kettles and ensures the product meets customer specifications. This is a perfect entry level position for someone interested in the manufacturing industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with smelted metals from kettles
• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
• Inspect completed parts
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Motived and willing to learn the manufacturing industry
• Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Able to stand on feet all day
