Forklift Operator

Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. You may also operate other industrial equipment, including skid steers.Key Responsibilities:Transport goods and pallets between production lines, storage areas, and loading docksLoad and unload materials from trucks and trailersStack pallets, crates, and other materials in designated storage areasSort, label, and relocate shipments as neededOperate forklifts and other machinery to move materialsTrack inventory and update shipping/receiving recordsPerform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, oiling, recharging, etc.)Follow all safety guidelines and ensure secure, balanced loadsMaintain documentation and production/inventory recordsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequirements:Proven experience operating forklifts and related machineryAbility to lift, move, push, and pull up to 70 lbsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long periodsKnowledge of warehouse safety standardsForklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Compensation and Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for a competitive compensation package, including:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life and AD&D insuranceVoluntary life and short-term disability insurancePaid vacation, holidays, and sick daysWe are committed to fair employment practices and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
