IM Health & Science System Specialist - Jackson, MS

Pfizer seeks a field-based sales representative for its Primary Care portfolio in the Jackson, MS and Monroe, LA territory. The role involves driving sales performance through strategic customer engagement, delivering approved messaging, and collaborating across functions to support business objectives in healthcare accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person and virtual interactions across primary care accounts
• Build compliant relationships with healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff within assigned health systems
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use
• Identify account opportunities, prioritize territories, and support care pathways through workflow coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and remove access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 8+ years work experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all account locations
• Preferred: 2–5+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales in Primary Care or specialty roles
• Preferred: Strong strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management capabilities
• Preferred: Business acumen including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
