Saturday Only Service Lane Assistant

Location: KIA Chantilly, Chantilly, VA

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturdays Only 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team at KIA Chantilly on Saturdays only!

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
Schedule service appointments efficiently
Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
Manage the loaner fleet clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers
Deliver outstanding customer service all day you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests

What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication skills you must love talking to customers all day
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right person!
