Conduct drywall repairs, painting, and touch-ups.

Groundskeeping:

Maintain the appearance of the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing debris.

Ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems.

Snow removal during winter months.

Safety Compliance:

Identify and address safety hazards promptly.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.

Report any unsafe conditions to the management.

Communication:

Provide clear communication with residents regarding maintenance schedules and access to their units.

Collaborate with property management to prioritize and plan maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance work.
