About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments

Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed

Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
