Location: Henryville, IN

Pay Rate: $14.25/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable School Janitor for an opportunity in Henryville, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces and is comfortable working independently in an active school environment.

As a School Janitor, you will help maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas so students, teachers, staff, and visitors have a clean and sanitary environment each day.

Job Responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report repair needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests.

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
