Case Manager (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Case Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers a combination of remote and in-office work while supporting clients throughout the case management process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client cases from intake through resolution.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
  • Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and related documentation.
  • Track and manage Letters of Protection (LOPs) and Letters of Representation (LORs).
  • Provide regular client updates and ensure accurate case documentation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Case Manager, Personal Injury, Legal Assistant, or related experience.
  • Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with medical records.
  • Knowledge of LOPs and LORs required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
