NAPA is happy to announce our new site in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center has been providing excellent clinical care with a focus on safety, comfort and convenience for over 43 years. Their 11 operating rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment for a variety of specialties and procedures. Fully accredited by Department of Health and Human Services and The Joint Commission.

Case assignments include: Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Vascular, Urology. Shifts are Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm. No nights, weekends or holidays!

Team leadership is led by Emi Taylor, Chief. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.

Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Fayetteville, NC is located along Cape Fear River, an ideal location for those who are into fresh air recreation, the arts, history, boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, and entertainment hot spots. The community has been honored three times with the All-America City Award by the National Civic League. Fayetteville is the county seat of Cumberland County. It is near Fort Bragg, home of the U.S. Army's Special Operations Command and 82nd Airborne Division. Fayetteville is about 100 miles from Wrightsville Beach, an Atlantic Ocean coastline destination for water-based adventures.
