The Dining Room Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and hospitable environment for guests. This position focuses on guest care, dining room cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations while delivering Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, restrooms, and lobby areas
• Clear and sanitize tables, chairs, highchairs, and trays promptly
• Assist guests with seating, beverages, and special requests
• Support guests with mobility needs, families with children, and elderly guests
• Monitor dining room supplies (napkins, condiments, straws, etc.) and restock as needed
• Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's values, service standards, and brand image

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 18 years old
• Friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest service
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift 30 - 50 lbs. and perform cleaning duties
• Prior hospitality experience is required

Schedule & Availability

• Day shifts that vary from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM
• Part-time: 3 - 4 hours shifts/15 - 25 hours per week

Uniform

• No visible tattoos
• No facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache
• No unnatural hair colors - hairstyles must be neat and professional in appearance
• No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than a single nose stud
• Employer provided uniform
