Sr Data Analyst, Pricing

News Corp’s Realtor.com team is hiring a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to lead pricing strategy and experimentation efforts. This hybrid role in Austin, TX partners across Product, Sales, Analytics, and Marketing to build data-driven pricing and monetization models, translate results into leadership recommendations, and support governance through scalable processes and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Lead and refine cross-product pricing strategies to maintain alignment across Realtor.com’s portfolio. Develop and test pricing and packaging frameworks informed by customer value and business performance. Act as the cross-functional bridge among Product, Sales, Analytics, and Marketing, harmonizing pricing priorities and governance. Build and maintain SQL-based pricing models and financial simulations to analyze scenarios and support recommendations. Conduct competitive intelligence to benchmark pricing structures, feature differentiation, and market trends. Partner with Sales and Deal Desk to provide analytical guidance for complex or multi-product deal structures. Create scalable pricing processes, dashboards, and governance tools to track performance and deliver insights. Communicate analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership, linking data to business outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years . At least 2 years of hands-on experience in pricing strategy, monetization analytics, or experimentation, preferably in digital marketplaces, SaaS, or pricing-focused organizations. Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets for pricing and monetization insights. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau , Amplitude , and Looker . Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical findings for both business and technical stakeholders. Proven ability to convert data-driven insights into strategic recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce or CRM analytics, plus competitive market tracking and benchmarking.
