Bilingual Legal Assistant

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Our busy legal firm is looking for an efficient, organized legal assistant with prior law firm experience to help our attorneys assist clients and ensure we’re operating efficiently. Our firm is a dynamic, growing litigation law firm based in New York City. We represent clients across state and federal matters, offering an environment for professional growth and hands‑on legal experience. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Law Clerk with prior law firm experience to support our personal injury/litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery documents, and interact professionally with clients and court clerks. Compensation Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 (based on experience). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance-based year-end bonus. Bonuses are tied to firm performance and individual contribution, including case preparation, case development, and overall impact on results. High performers have the opportunity to earn above base compensation. Additional benefits include: Paid time off (2 weeks after one year) Standard national holidays.
