Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Business Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise marketing technology solutions within the Life Sciences industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pharmaceutical commercial operations, omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, MarTech architecture, and enterprise platform integration .

This role requires a combination of business consulting, solution architecture, and technical expertise to translate complex marketing requirements into scalable, integrated technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end marketing operations solutions supporting pharmaceutical commercial operations, HCP engagement, and patient engagement initiatives.

• Lead business discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process assessments, and solution architecture discussions.

• Translate business objectives into scalable solution architectures, technology roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

• Architect omnichannel marketing solutions involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault PromoMats .

• Design and optimize marketing processes, including campaign management, HCP segmentation, customer journey orchestration, content approval workflows, and marketing performance measurement.

• Define integration architectures connecting CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM), marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

• Support personalization, Next Best Action (NBA), customer engagement strategies, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

• Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, data governance practices, and solution design principles.

• Ensure marketing solutions comply with pharmaceutical promotional regulations, privacy requirements, and customer consent management policies.

• Collaborate with marketing, commercial operations, IT, enterprise architecture, and executive stakeholders to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences commercial technology, marketing operations, digital transformation, or business solution architecture.

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise marketing technology platforms.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, and customer engagement strategies .

• Proven experience designing enterprise-level marketing technology solutions and integration architectures.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe marketing platforms, Veeva CRM, or related enterprise MarTech solutions.

• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, personalization, and marketing automation.

• Experience leading business requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture governance activities.

• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise digital transformation or technology implementation programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
