Private Duty Home Care Assistant (CompassCare Assistant) Compass Care, LLC is a concierge private‑duty home‑care company dedicated to helping older adults live independently and safely at home. We provide a 360° assessment process, develop comprehensive care plans, and offer compassionate, high‑quality in‑home support services. Founded by a world‑renowned geriatrician and managed by gerontologists, our leadership brings scientific expertise to every client. Compass Care is the science of home health care. We are seeking exceptional caregivers to join our exclusive team of Compass Care Assistants. If you are compassionate, patient, cheerful, and sincerely wish to help people age gracefully in their homes, CompassCare is the right fit. Although not a requirement, we strongly encourage Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to apply. You must be willing to work as a CNA/HHA, have your own transportation, and be able to transport your client to appointments and errands. Your responsibilities include coordinating with the Client Services Department to ensure our clients have everything they need to stay safe, engaged, and comfortable while living at home. Additional hospitality and Basic Life Support (BLS) training will be provided with required attendance.
