Registered Nurse (RN) - PsychiatricWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Adult Psychiatry for a night shift position. The role is located within a psychiatric inpatient unit that provides comprehensive treatment services to adults aged 18 and over. The facility has 10 beds and serves patients from multiple regions.This position offers 8-hour night shifts, with a standard commitment of 40 hours per week, though 36 hours may be considered for the right candidate. There are weekend and holiday coverage requirements, including every other weekend and holidays as needed. Specific holiday work is mandated during peak times, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.Minimum of 2 years of current psychiatric experience.Current phlebotomy experience is required.ACLS and CPI certifications are strongly preferred.Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.Experience in a small critical access facility is advantageous.A valid Vermont RN license is required.Active American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.Documentation of work history relevant to psychiatric nursing.Current skills checklist for Psychiatry and Phlebotomy, within the past year.One supervisory signed reference from the last two years of employment.Candidate's permanent address included in the profile.All requests for time off (RTO) must be documented at the time of submission.Client Details City Springfield State VT
