Global Transaction Tax Senior Manager (M&A & Cross-Border)

Ernst & Young Oman is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax to support corporate and private capital markets clients through tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post‑acquisition planning. You will drive tax strategy, manage risk, and lead multi‑workstream engagements across cash, debt, equity, derivatives and FX. You will guide engagements, oversee teams, review merger agreements, and advise on tax implications to optimize value while mentoring staff and maintaining client #J-18808-Ljbffr Ernst & Young Oman
