As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.45 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation facility. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including platforms, station facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures; report unusual activity, damaged property, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; coordinate with emergency responders and/or transportation personnel as directed. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and communications records in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
